With 20 years in investment banking and 15 years of entrepreneurial experience owning McDonald's franchises, Vic also founded Northpointe Thoroughbreds— a successful Thoroughbred horse racing operation. He served on the board of the Ronald McDonald House as well as being a board member and President of the Security Trader’s Association. An alumni of UCLA, Vic was inspired by his two sons’ dedication to junior tennis competition. He brings a parent’s perspective and a fast-growing understanding of the junior tennis ecosystem to this venture.

STEPHEN LEEDS

CO-FOUNDER, CCO

Stephen Leeds spent the last 15 years at Umbrella Street Media, an advertising agency and production studio he founded, specializing in commercials, film, TV and strategic media. He has earned a prestigious Pollie Award for his advertising work, several Best Picture awards for his work in film, and he was honored by the New York Film Society's New Films / New Directors series at MOMA. He has created over a hundred national advertising campaigns and continues to work as a writer, director and producer on feature motion-picture and television works for various Hollywood studios, including works for Warner Brothers, Disney and 20th Century Fox. Stephen holds degrees from UCLA and Columbia University, is a lifelong tennis player and tennis enthusiast, and was a state champion high school athelete.

JENNIFER PRINCE

As the Chief Commercial Officer of the Los Angeles Rams, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing all partnerships — including sales, activation, and strategy — as well as the commercialization of the media business, including owned-and-operated channels, social media accounts and media partnerships. Jennifer previously spent over eight years at Twitter as the Global Vice President and Head of Content Partnerships and Managing Director of Global Media & Entertainment Partnerships. Prior to joining Twitter in August of 2013, Jennifer was Head of Industry for Film & Television at Google and Head of YouTube Media & Entertainment. Jennifer also served as the Senior Vice President of Advertising at Demand Media and helped the company through its IPO. She has worked at other notable companies such as American Greetings, Ziff Davis and TBWA/Chiat Day.

MIKE MEDAVOY

From agent to studio head to producer, Mike has been involved with over 300 feature films: 17 have been nominated and seven have won Best Picture Oscars. Medavoy’s numerous awards include The Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cannes Film Festival, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chevalier of the French Government’s Legion of Honor and the Chilean Order of Bernardo O’Higgins Award. As an agent he represented clients such as Steven Spielberg and Francis Ford Coppola. As senior vice president of production at United Artists he was responsible for One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Rocky and Annie Hall, which won Best Picture Oscars in 1975, 1976, and 1977,respectively. Other notable movies include Apocalypse Now and Raging Bull. Mike co-founded Orion Pictures where, during his tenure, Platoon, Amadeus, Robocop, Hannah and Her Sisters, The Terminator, Dances With Wolves and Silence of the Lambs were released. As chairman of TriStar Pictures, Mike oversaw hits such as Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Sleepless in Seattle among others. As chairman and co-founder of Phoenix Pictures, Medavoy has brought to the screen: The People vs. Larry Flint, The Thin Red Line, Shutter Island, Black Swan plus many others. He is also a life-long tennis player.
